When you bring your problem or repair to MacMedics we look at you as an individual, and not part of the Macintosh herd. By doing this we're able to find the best solution for you, not the just the "cookie cutter" approach that most closely matches your symptom. When you choose to work with MacMedics, you really do get more, and with that comes certain advantages, all free, and all a part of the way we do business.

Email and Phone Support
MacMedics Advantage members receive free basic (five minutes per incident) email and phone support. If more than five minutes of support is needed, additional time is billed at your regular labor rate in quarter hour increments. And if you have a prepaid labor block, we can simply deduct the time from your account.
MacMedics Exclusive Warranty
Repairs: All hardware repairs are warranted for a full year, versus most Apple dealers who only offer 90 days.
Purchases: Everything we sell is warranted for a full year, so instead of fighting with a mail-order supplier or manufacturer, just call us and we'll take care of it.
Memory: All of our memory products are backed by a lifetime warranty.
