How does it work?

The process is simple. When you need help, just download the software on this page, then give anyone of our offices a call. Our technicians will establish a remote connection to your computer and walk you through the steps to get your problem solved. Every connection is secure, encrypted, and unique. Once the problem is solved, the session is disconnected and you are able to get right back your work.

The service is billed in 15-minute increments based on either your existing pre-paid block rate or as a per issue charge based on your request. This service allows you to see what we are doing, how much time it is taking, and while we are on the phone we can answer questions you have about your Mac.

Common issues we can address remotely: Printing problems, application issues, setting up security or virus protection in OS X, general maintenance, service connection problems, file sharing problems, font issues, e-mail Issues, or just general training or questions.
